SOLDER MASK SYSTEM 100
This system is for water soluble and peelable solder masks or any one-part flow-able material and eliminates the "squeeze bottle application" method. One, three and five gallon capacity tanks available. A lightweight finger-actuated wand and pinch tube eliminate need for clean-up. Handles up to four operators from one central tank. Material can be poured directly into the tank and stored. No need to purge system.

Time controlled for reproducibility. Valve’s vacuum "suck-back" feature prevents dripping. Use with low to medium viscosity, one-component materials. Excellent for solder masks, UV materials, oils, etc. Available with one, three or five gallon tanks. Foot actuated and can be manifolded to accommodate multiple valves. One in-house airline pressurizes both valve and tank.

This retrofit unit (without controller) consists of a CA valve, reservoir and shield, valve holder, replacement cartridges, miscellaneous hoses and fittings, CA remover, needle samples and accessory regulator and gauge. Reservoir holds a standard CA one-pound bottle and is plexiglass with an aluminum protective sleeve. Valve can be hand-held or fixtured. Pinch valve utilizes a cartridge system for ease of changing pinch tube.
