WEAR ESD GARMENTS
These garments are available in a variety of materials.
The HOJ and the HIJ jackets feature raglan sleeves, V-neckline,
and Tech Wear’s exclusive ESD knit cuff. A ground cord
attaches to the snaps on the hip pockets, grounding the
operator and the garment, alleviating replacement
of lost or broken wrist straps. All garments meet
the National ESD Association STM2.1-1997 standard for static-control.
OFX-100 Material Lightweight
(2.3 oz./sq.yd.) and constructed of 87% poly, 13% BASF™
RESISTAT nylon. Available in jacket or coat style.
IVX-400 Material A medium
weight (4 oz./sq. yd.) fabric composed of 93% poly, 7% BASF™
RESISTANT nylon. Available in jacket or coat style.
ECX-500 Material A lightweight,
3/4-length designed for the economy-minded use of ESD garments.
Note: Tech Wear identifies
all of their static-control garments with the “reaching
hand” symbol visible on the front of the garment. |
 V-neck
Eliminating the collar on our streamlined V-NECK
design adds to comfort and lessens bulk at the neckline.
This well styled, modern unisex design is available in the
OFX-100 fabric.

DUAL PATH ESD GARMENT
Ideal for dual resistive-loop constant monitoring.
Has two separate paths-to-ground built in. No wrist strap
needed, as grounding is through the ESD cuff. Path 1 is
the whole garment body and one ESD cuff electrically connected.
Path 2 is the other ESD cuff with its own terminating ground
point.
