This economical, lightweight and compact rework station can be used for any size and shape of QFP, SOP,PLCC, PGA, connector, etc.. to remove and/or reflow solder without changing the nozzle head. Hot air blows out from a single nozzle which traces along soldered points (line) of SMD.
• Able to handle all SMD of up to 50mm square.
• Able to remove PGA and BGA of up to 50mm square.
• Able to use for reflow of QFP, BGA , etc.
• Timer is used to prevent damage of PCB and components.

An ultra compact soldering station with automatic temperature control, specifically engineered for soldering of SMD's on the high density PCB's and related parts. A newly designed high capacity 200W heater and "quick heat circuitry" provide quick heat build-up and prompt recovery. A hollow heater enables optimum insulation. The use of low voltage, 24V, prevents the damage of IC’s from destructive effects such as ESD. Expect high precision and good efficiency. Various sizes of tips are available for regular to microscopic soldering. A new long-life tip has been developed using P.W.B. (Pressure Welded Bonding) technology with the addition of double thickness chrome coating (500 microns).

A newly designed high capacity 200W ceramic heater and quick heat control circuit provide excellent quick heat buildup and fast recovery. Ensured ESD prevention. A new long-life tip has been developed using P.W.B. (Pressure Welded Bonding) technology with the addition of double thickness chrome coating (500 microns).
