SOLDER PASTE
Three basic categories
exist for no-clean solder pastes: High residue, Medium
residue, and Low residue types. The most popular no-clean
is the Medium Residue type. These Medium Residue types
contain 4.5% to 6.0% by weight solids and prove to meet
testing requirements. However, if aesthetics is a concern,
lower residue should be used. Whether your SMT process
requires no-clean types with low residues, extended tack
time and good printability, we can provide you with a
suitable no-clean selection.

WATER SOLUBLE SOLDER PASTE
Water-soluble pastes are commonly used in
hard to solder applications when solvent cleaning is not
feasible or in applications where no-clean residues may
pose cosmetic issues.
Qualitek has developed a line
of water-soluble pastes which addresses the issues concerning
water-soluble processes. These water-soluble pastes have
extended tack time, excellent solderability and pleasant
orders.

RMA
SOLDER PASTE
RMA paste by Qualitek is
Bellcore approved and QPL listed. It can be easily cleaned
in CFC substitute or saponifier type cleaners. Made at 90%
metals for stenciling and 88% metals for screening. |
