HDR/HDRA Series
-
The HDR/HDRA series
connector has been developed as a sister product of the
PCX series connector on 0.8 mm spacing to meet the needs
of small-sized, high-density connector market.
-
The back shell uses a
two-piece construction - a metal inner can for shielding
with an external plastic housing.
-
To protect the signal
circuit, the connector is designed to contact the shield
shell first, before the contact is connected. It is also
possible to make the contact sequence in two stages.
-
Locking and unlocking of
the case is conducted using a one-step operation.
-
The SMT system has been
applied to the board which uses a hold-down construction
to reinforce strength and as a measure against EMI. The
connector is further tightened by screws.
-
The substrate is 5.0 mm
high and has a low profile.
-
Application: Notebook PCs,
electronic notebooks, and other electronic equipment.
Specifications:
Number of positions: 14, 26, 50 and 68
Rated voltage: 125V AC (r.m.s)
Rated current: 0.5 A
Withstanding voltage: 500V AC (r.m.s), one minute
Insulation resistance: More than 1000 M
Contact resistance: Less than 70
Mechanical operation: More than 5000 times
Wire sizes: AWG # 30, AWG # 28

LPE Series
-
The LPE series connector
has been developed for use in high-quality (0.8 mm
spacing) stacking applications.
-
The connector, supports
SMT, and uses a heat-resistant resin (PPS).
-
A hold-down construction
is used to prevent against mechanical stress such as that
in insertion, removal, and flexing.
-
A positioning boss is used
to prevent incorrect connection and dislocation on the
board.
-
Specifications for
embossed tape are suitable for automatic mounting.
-
Spacing between boards
includes 3, 4, 6, and 8 mm.
-
Application: VTR, cameras,
and other small electronic devices.
