Capacitance change:
At 120Hz, capacitance at -55°C shall not be less than 80% of the
specified value at +25°C.
Impedance (Z) change:
At 120Hz, impedance at -55°C shall not exceed 3 times the specified
value at +25°C. At 20k - 100kHz, impedance at -55°C shall not exceed
30 times the specified value at +25°C. |

| Life Validation Test |
The following specifications shall be satisfied when the capacitors
are restored to +25°C after subjecting them to the DC rated voltage for
8,000 hours at +105°C or 2,000 hours at +125°C.
Capacitance change : <= 15% from initial measurement ESR change :
<= 1.25 x initial specified limit Impedance change : <= 1.75 x
initial specified limit Leakage current : <= initial specified limit

| Shelf Test |
The following specifications shall be satisfied when the capacitors
are restored to +25°C after exposing them for 500 hours at +105°C without
voltage applied. The rated voltage shall be applied to the capacitors for
a minimum of 30 minutes, at least 24 hours and not more than 48 hours
before the measurements.
